Bayside Energy’s core expertise lies in contract management. We have extensive knowledge in cost estimation, project scheduling, contracting, cost control and change order management. Our prior experience as EPC contractors and in developer roles has provided us with unique insight from both sides of the table that enables us to proactively dispute change orders and anticipate and rectify challenges while creating equitable solutions.
We take a hands-on project management approach that involves transparency with all parties, and we tackle potential problems before they become large concerns. We also take the lead to compile job books, warranty documentation, operator training and NERC documentation into a tidy package for a successful turnover to the operations team.
