With the vast experience gained in over a decade of collaboration in the renewable energy sector, Aron and Matt decided to focus their collective efforts into creating a premiere services company that is driven by repeat business and 100% client satisfaction.

Aron Anderson has over 19 years of wind and solar energy project and construction management experience. He is an expert in project execution risk assessment and mitigation as well as negotiation and management of construction and procurement contracts on behalf of project owners. He specializes in translating and integrating the full commercial and technical requirements from power purchase agreements, interconnection agreements, permits, landowner agreements, financing or purchase and sale agreements and other project documents into comprehensive scopes of work to ensure complete project scopes and to minimize gaps and seams between contractors. His direct field and project management experience spans billions of dollars of investment and GWs of installed wind, solar and battery projects. He has significant experience overseeing full project execution, from early stage conceptual engineering through final design, drawings and specification development; from construction mobilization through energization and turn-over; including claims management.
Aron is highly qualified to provide strategic guidance to project owners on evaluating engineering alternatives, including selection of equipment and systems proposed for installation to meet customer’s objectives and facility requirements. Aron has developed and supervised project costing and estimating tools and/or savings estimates to meet the intent of the project design. He has extensive experience providing constructability reviews and performing project micro-siting that saves costs and expedites schedules. He has designed and priced projects for over 125 different wind and solar developers, led multiple renewable estimating departments, and provided on-site field management on fourteen projects totaling an installed capacity of 2,900 MW.
Aron was one of the original pioneers in utility scale solar construction, serving as a member of the original Mortenson solar design/estimating team started in 2007. From 2011 to 2015, Aron led the solar design/estimating and construction team at Wanzek Construction, developing the processes, systems, and risk management methodologies to kick-start Wanzek’s foray into solar. At Solas, Aron served as the primary wind/solar/battery construction expert for Solas’ solar clients, bringing risk management, project assessment, and design expertise to support development and acquisitions on over 8 GW of solar projects within the US and Canada.
Matt Pellinen is a licensed civil engineer and a seasoned project manager. He has over 18 years of experience managing construction projects, project engineers, and field personnel. His skills include cost estimating, project management, contract administration and design reviews. His expertise extends both to managing the people and the work product and has a strong focus on developing talent and building skills within organizations. He has directed multidisciplinary teams to assist clients in the project development and project management of various utility and renewable energy projects. He has vast experience in civil design, preconstruction, and construction services for the renewable energy industry, including preparing and reviewing reports, bid documents, scopes of work, project designs and specifications, construction cost estimating, constructability reviews, micro-siting, as well as creating and managing project budgets and schedules. His core strengths include building and managing diverse teams, creating a collaborative work environment, and ensuring cross training and skill building for all team members.
Matt recently completed the project management of the 300 MW North Fork Ridge and Kings Point Wind Projects in Missouri and the 204 MW Canadian Breaks project in Texas, while managing the engineering, procurement and construction contract and the turbine supply agreement. Matt also oversaw the construction budget, maintained construction schedules, reviewed and responded to RFI’s and submittals, and managed change orders. Additionally, he has provided extensive preconstruction services for the 400 MW High Prairie Wind Project, 160 MW Lockhart I and II PV plus BESS Project, 260 MW Tres Bahias PV Project and 200 MW Castle Gap Wind Project.
