We support development projects with an eye to the future.  We draft permits that allow construction flexibility and value engineer the site prior to the EPC bidding process.  To limit the potential for change orders, we get as much information from the vendors as possible.  We make sure that the owner-furnished equipment contracts align with the EPC contract and that all aspects of the project are covered.
